Prof Junji KIDO's group released that they will establish a venture company to expand factories to process food using drying technology under normal temperature within this month. They have installed ordinary temperature drying devices, which can dry fruits and vegetables by air and are going to launch a new brand of local food such as herb of tranditional chinese medicines. In near future, plant factory, whose light source will be OLED, is expected to be established as annex and can do cultivating and processing consistently.
