1月22日、国際事業化研究センター 3階 B講義室において、第74回 有機エレクトロニクス研究センター講演会を開催しました。
今回は、フランスからInstitut de Recherche et Developpement sur l'Energie Photovoltaique (IRDEP) の Daniel Lincot（ダニエル リンコット）教授 を講演者としてお迎えし "Ultrathin and microscale CIGS solar cells : towards low dimensionality photovoltaic devices" という題で講演して頂きました。
講演には、多くの研究者、学生が参加し、大盛況のうちに終了しました。

The evolution in the field of CIGS solar cells is to reduce the consumption of indium while maintaining or increasing the conversion efficiency. Researches carried out in IRDEP are exploring the possibility of new architectures to achieve this goal. Results will be presented concerning ultrathin CIGS solar cells and microscale solar cells. They will be discussed in terms of driving forces to reduce the characteristic lengths in PV devices, with some comparison with nanostructured hybrid solar cells.
なお、講演会では、東大先端研との連携プログラムNEXT PVの枠組みなどを含め、フランス及び欧州における次世代太陽光発電の研究動向についても紹介頂ける予定です。
