Yamagata University released that a venture company "Bejia" will be established to process local vegetables and fruits using drying technology under normal temperature within this month. The university is going to put 3 empty schoolhouses in good condition as manufacture plants and will purchase the confectionery made of local food in near future. The plants will be started to operate from next April and the business scale is going to be expanded to all areas in Japan. Ten billion yen sales figure is being aimed 5 years hence.
