Nikkei newspapers (30 March) published an article, entitled “Transistors on plastic board and their printing technology developed.” The newspapers reported that Prof. Shizuo Tokitou and his coworkers in ROEL developed technology to produce transistors in low cost, which is to drive an organic electroluminescence display, and promising for next generation.
