Mainichi newspapers (8 April) has released an article that Prof. Shizuo Tokitou did experimental test for about 10cm square plate of organic electroluminescence. Prof. Shizuo Tokitou stated that he would like to develop a better organic material that could be applied for semiconductors and thin-film transistors, to control electricity as faucet.
