Research Center for Organic Electronics ＞【News Release】(Nikkei) An article related to Prof Hideya YOSHITAKE, titled "Commercializing the electrically-powered agricultural equipments", was released.

xEV Iide Research Center of Yamagata University (Iide Machi, Yamagata Prefecture) embarked on doing development and improvement of electrically-powered agricultural equipments. Prof Hideya YOSHITAKE, who has engaged in development of lithium-ion battery for long years since he worked in Ube Industries, Ltd., started to make productization utilizing the battery technology, such as unmanned patrol boat for dam monitoring, automatically conveying cargo bed, also the improvement of electric mowing machine with the cooperation of the manufacturer and is going to open up a new market in and outside Japan.
