The open memory ceremony was held with a memory lecture, a preview, a poster session, on Sep 30(Fri).
In the ceremony, President of Yamagata University, Akio Yuki, the Director of the Graduate School of Engineering, Hiroshi Iizuka, the prefectural governor of Yamagata, Eiko Yoshimura, and Yonezawa city mayor, Sanjyuro Abe made speeches.
At the commemorative lecture in the afternoon, there were speeches by Dr. Shuji Nakamura, Dr. C. W. Tang, Dr. Y.Yang, and Prof. Shizuka Tokito, and Prof. Junji Kido.
It was the weather that it occasionally sprinkled, but I had a grace state and the lecture finished in the large prosperity. I thank all of you who attended.
