Professor Fumihiko HIROSE's group (Yamagata University) developed the world's largest device that can make coating on metal oxide film at room temperature to prevent deterioration on electronic components and metal components. This research succeeded to make coating at room temperature (25 degrees), which usually needs heat treatment at 300 degrees. It could be expected to achieve high durability and high performance of components, and be able to fill beer into PET bottle, which is so far only filled into glass bottle or can.
