A new institute "Yamagata University Business Starting Center of Organic Materials" (Director Tadashi ONODERA), which is operated and managed by both Yamagata University and Yonezawa City, was opened on June, 1 in Arcadia, Yonezawa Office. This facility is aiming to create businesses and demonstrate research development with the cooperation of industrials utilizing the university's organic materials knowhow accumulated through daily research.
