Research Center for Organic Electronics, an institute of Yamagata University, started to develop a high-performance electronic label loaded with sensor or display, which is able to control temperature and record distribution. The research team was selected as one of the 13 research groups who participated in a National Support Program "Smart Distribution Service", and is aiming to resolve issues related to distribution such as the shortage of delivery drivers and warehouse workers, the delivery delay and the quality deterioration.
