Nihon Keizai newspaper on March 26 published an article entitled “Manufacturing the drive unit for organic EL display by using the printing method” .
An article says that Prof. Shizuka Tokito and his coworkers developed a technique to make the drive element (transistor) of the organic EL display with the printing process. We will further improve this technology for the organic light emitting display.
