【Press Report】 "Succeeded to manufacture Pseudo-CMOS Inverters with all printing process"

A monthly press conference was held in Yamagata University on September 4th.
Articles about "Pseudo-CMOS inverters manufactured with all printing process" announced by Distinguished Research Prof. Shizuo Tokito from Research Center for Organic Electronics (ROEL) were published on several newspapers.

The research group of Prof. Tokito from ROEL succeeded to manufacture Pseudo-CMOS inverters wirh all printing process for the first time in the world. The Pseudo-CMOS inverters were made with organic materials and also have a nice quality.

Prof. Tokito's research group used substrates made of glass this time, but from now on they will apply the technology to building the inverter on plastic substrates, and will continue to work on their research to successfully manufacture a flexible display which is very thin and can be bent and roll.
