Research results of Dr. Kenichi Nakayama about "the Vertical Organic Transistors Having a Metal-Base Structure" were exhibited in Innovation Japan 2012 held at Tokyo International Forum on September 27th and 28th.
Besides a panel exhibition, Dr. Nakayama actually performed the LC oscillator circuit with the vertical transistors.
