   Novel light blue thermally activated delayed fluoresce (TADF)1 emitter LBT1 is developed. A LBT1–based light blue organic light–emitting device (OLED) with a structure of [ITO/ di-[4-(N,N-ditolyl-amino)-phenyl] cyclohexane (TAPC) (30 nm)/ 10 wt% LBT1-doped N,N-dicarbazoyl-3,5-benzene (mCP) (10 nm)/ 10 wt% LBT1-doped bis[2-(diphenylphosphino) phenyl]ether oxide (DPEPO) (10 nm) /3,3’’,5,5’-tetra(3-pyridyl)-1,1’;3’,1’’-terphenyl (B3PyPB) (50 nm)/ LiF (0.5 nm)/Al (100 nm)] was fabricated. This device realized a maximum external efficiency (hext,max) of 24.5 %, a turn–on voltage at 1 cd m–2 (Von) of 2.80 V, and a maximum power efficiency (hp,max) of 61.6 lm W-1 with Commission Internationale de L’Eclairage (CIE) chromaticity coordinates of (0.19, 0.37), which are the highest values comparable to those of blue TADF devices ever reported2–3.
