Natural Process Factory (NPF, President Junji KIDO, Professor of Graduate School of Science and Engineering of Yamagata University) released that Dadacha-mame (a kind of soybean) taste sweets have been developed using new method of ordinary temperature-drying technology. Cooperated with sweets shop Kimuraya (Tsuruoka city, President Ryuichi YOSHINO) and Takahata Electronics Corporation (Yonezawa city, President Tsuyoshi AWA), this new product will be on sale within this year, aiming to be a new souvenir of Yamagata Prefecture.
